Cuban adobo Pork Loin Roast, 2 Pounds



Kurobuta boneless loin end roast has the most intramuscular fat and thus the most juicy loin roast.  Pre seasoned with the perfect amounts of:  garlic, tumeric and sea salt, no MSG either!  Great for making a Cuban pork loin sandwich! A nice 2 pound roast that can be grilled, with indirect heat or baked in the oven with just salt and pepper!  

Cook, uncovered, until the internal temp reaches 120-125 degrees, let rest for 15 minutes then slice.
