8 frenched Bone in Rib Roast,  Feeds 10 guests. Not shaped like a crown, lays flat, easy to carve between the bones. Use a dry rub marinade or rub with garlic and olive oil.  Bake uncovered for about 1.5 hours , or until the internal temp reads, 145 degrees, let rest for 15 minutes and then carve between the bones. Chin bone removed for easy carving.
