Kansas City Style Sirloin Pork Steaks (1)



1 bone in sirloin pork steak , 1″ thick and about 1 pound.  Small blade bone left in.  Cut from the pork shoulder roast of the Berkshire pig.  Very tender and made for slow grilling.  Takes about 45 minutes on medium heat to cook.
