Bone-In 1 1/2″ Thick cut Pork Chops or 3/4 thick chops

Ingredients

  • 1 chop per person - 3/4" thick
  • 1tbsp. BBQ seasoning

Rub chops with seasoning on both sides. Let set until grill is hot. Turn grill on to 350°. Place chops on pre-heated grill for 5 minutes per side. Let rest 10 minutes on plate, serve.

- 1 1/2" bone in chops- grill at lower temp.

325° for 15 minutes per side. Let rest lightly covered for 10 minutes on plate, serve.
