  • 3# Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 1/4 c. Dry Rub - BBQ seasoning
  • 1 c. Blackberry Blaze
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

Place pork shoulder, seasoning, BBQ sauce and water in a slow cooker on high.

A perfect roast slow cooks all day in the crock pot. The aroma is out of this world, and so is the flavor! In 6-8 hours, the roast will fall apart when done. Serve in a bun or flour tortilla.
