Ingredients

  • 1, 2-4# boneless loin roast
  • dried assorted fruits

Instructions

Cut a roast pocket lengthwise, 3/4 of the way through the roast. Lay in dried fruit, roll roast together with string, place in shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for an hour at 350°. Let rest for 10 minutes then carve and serve.
