Makes about 1 ¼ cups


2 T finely chopped onion                   ½ c. Grey Poupon Honey Mustard

1 T vegetable oil                                 2 T chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

2 T packed brown sugar                     1 (9#) Prairie Pride Hickory Smoked Bone-in Ham

¾ c pureed mango                               Whole cloves

(1 to 2 peeled & pitted)


In medium saucepan, cook and stir onion in oil over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until tender.

Add brown sugar and cook 1 minute.

Add mango puree and mustard; heat through.

Remove from heat.


Stir in cilantro or parsley.

Lightly score ham (omit if spiral cut)

Place cloves into corners of scores or periodically into spirals

Place ham in roasting pan

Add 2-3 T water

Cook @ 325 degrees F according to package directions (approx 16-20 min /pound)

Brush ham with ½ c glaze during last 20 minutes of cooking.


In small saucepan, thin remaining glaze with water to desire consistency.

Heat through over medium heat.

Serve as sauce with sliced ham.
